Uncle Goose Chinese Blocks

My toddler spotted these and immediately started stacking them, and the fact that each side shows a different Chinese character keeps him fascinated way longer than his other blocks. They're cut from sustainable basswood in the USA, so I never worry about splinters or paint peeling off.

The basswood is so smooth and sturdy, I don't worry about splinters at all. My daughter loves stacking them and trying to match the characters, and they've held up beautifully through daily play for a month now.
